Model of Evaluation of the Economic and Social Performance Factors in the Management of Business Enterprises

This doctoral thesis focuses on the evaluation both economic and social performance factors in the management of business enterprises. The aim is to introduce a model that is based on the Balanced Scorecard principle. The main focus here is on the economic and social area directly stemming from the theoretical basis of the Corporate Social Responsibility. As a result of this thesis is to introduce not only the compilation of the model for performance evaluation of business enterprises but also the methodology of its implementation as well as creation of a strategic map. In order to do so, it is to define key performance indicators that are linked to the evaluation of the strategic aims in the individual perspectives. Thus, the identification of the economic and social factors is the key prerequisite which has an impact on performance in the area of Information and communication activities in the Czech Republic.
Analysis of the property market – Břeclav, Brno, Blansko, Hodonín

The diploma thesis „Analysis of the property market – Břeclav, Brno, Blansko, Hodonín” examines and describes current situation on the market. The target of my diploma thesis is to evaluate the data in the district of Břeclav, Brno, Blansko and Hodonín that affect supply and demand in the property market. There are especially indicators describing the natural conditions, job market, purchasing power of the population, the environment, transport infrastructure, etc. The next aim of my thesis is subsequently evaluated these indicators considering for selected types of real estate market and comparing the data above mentioned districts. This thesis is dealing with data resources, including data collection, classification, segmentation and its following evaluation. Necessary information regarding the selected factors were obtained from the Czech Statistical Office.
Assessment of the Impact of Social and Environmental Factors on the Housing Prices in the Hodonín Region

The target of this diploma thesis is to examine the effects of the factors affecting the price of residential property in district Hodonín. Price changes was analysed under the decree given conditions and depending on the change of individual factors. Average prices are calculated from the compiled database of apartments and houses in the district Hodonin. Comparing factors are selected from the valuation methods and from the parameters affecting to the real estate market. Necessary information regarding the selected factors were obtained from the Czech Statistical Office. Final comparison results are graphically illustrated on dependence of individual factors on housing prices. Each factor is evaluated with the assesment to the price and whether this factor is important affected The work could also be used to assess differences in property prices for housing in locations Hodonín district and generally help to clarify the effects on property prices.
Impact of socioeconomic and social factors on subjective well-being among Czech population

The main concern of this thesis is the impact of selected socioeconomic and social factors on subjective well-being of individuals in the Czech population. This thesis thus explains and describes the concept of well-being and summarizes the factors that can influence it. Using data from survey EU-SILC 2018 of Czechia, the effect of selected socioeconomic and social factors on the level of well-being of an individual is analysed using a multinomial logistic regression method. Both individually and when all selected factors interact. The analysis found that the level of education, the level of income and the quality of housing of an individual significantly affect the level of life satisfaction. The significant effect of an individual's social ties on the level of life satisfaction was found to be the most significant when socioeconomic and social factors impacted on the level of life satisfaction. Another objective was to analyse the relationship between an individual's life satisfaction and self-rated health. This relationship was found to be reciprocal, meaning that the level of life satisfaction of an individual has an impact on his subjective health evaluation and vice versa. Social factors of desistance and effective reintegration after custodial sentence

This thesis "Social factors of desistence and effective reintegration after custodial sentence" deals with factors emanating from society and arising in the social environment of an individual who has committed criminal activity in the past and has currently renounced this life path and thus manages to avoid (further) recidivism. The aim of the thesis is to find out which of the social factors and to what extent they influenced the selected desisters. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, basic concepts and terms that are closely related to the given issue will be defined. Factors influencing desistance and successful reintegration after returning from prison sentence will be described. The empirical part will be based on the case studies of people who have passed the sentence and are currently more than 5 years without recidivism, some of them own companies and have completed their degrees and are "successful" in their free lives. Interviews with people close to them will also be presented. Those will reveal something about the criminal style of thinking of these persons.
Structure and Research of Out-Of-School Influences on the Musical Development of the Child

The Diploma Thesis deals with the matters of children's musicality and the main factors influencing it. The thesis includes a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the musicality issue and its structure, as well as on the factors that participate in this matter. Special attention is put to the out-of-school influences on the development of musicality. There is an outline of the influence of a family and its members, characteristics of a contemporary family and a present-day lifestyle. The thesis also deals with a social group influence and the impact of mass media, such as television, computers and the Internet. One of the subchapters is dedicated to the out-of-school artistic interests of children; another one deals with how music around us can act in a form of commercials, or in a store, for example. The practical part of this thesis is formed through a research oriented to the out-of-school influences mentioned above. This research was held at Libčická Primary School, Prague. The research included a questionnaire; the next step was a musical ability test, which later served to the elaboration of case studies of selected children. Defines the differences in values that arise from these factors when changing the performance level and building a team. The work also characterizes the construction of the team in terms of basic biological and social indicators, defines the profile of the player that is characteristic for performance level. The thesis explores basic biological parameters of the player, assumptions for sport performance, especially from the point of view of somatotype. It also learns about the social problems of sport, the characteristics of the sports team and it is engaged in organizing ice hockey competitions, especially by canceling some junior category competitions and by reorganizing competitions of the regional men's league.
